A valid Medicare Card.
A major credit card. (RxCorps accepts Money Orders)
Your physician's name, address and telephone number MUST be on the prescription.
You MUST submit a written prescription for each individual medication prescribed.
Access to a fax machine.

When you order your medications through RxCorps, your order is processed by a licensed U.S. based pharmacy fulfillment center! All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service. All prescription drug medications dispensed are FDA Approved!
